Nordic Naturals Complete Omega-D3 provides a comprehensive blend of omega fatty acids — Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 — combined with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in a single, convenient softgel. Each serving contains 565 mg total Omega-3, including 270 mg EPA and 180 mg DHA from purified deep sea fish oil, along with GLA from borage seed oil and oleic acid (Omega-9). This formula contains omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids together with vitamin D3 in every softgel serving.

Each bottle contains 120 softgels, which is enough for 60 days at the recommended serving size.

Usage & Dosage
