Usage & Dosage

10 sprays provide 75 mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. Spray between 5 and 10 sprays around the body and massage in well. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding sensitive areas such as the eyes. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply as needed. The skin can be wiped dry with a towel after massaging.
