About Ostrovit – A-AKG, Lemon – 200g

Ostrovit A-AKG is a lemon-flavoured powder food supplement that provides 4,400 mg of L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (A-AKG) per serving — equivalent to 2,900 mg of L-Arginine.

Each 5 g serving dissolves easily in water or juice and gives a fresh lemon flavour, with no need for tablets or capsules.

L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavouring, acidity regulator – citric acid, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve one serving of the product — 5 g (1 measuring scoop) — in 100–150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women must not consume the product. Keep out of reach of children.
