PANASEUS Hair Skin Nails is supplied in capsule form, with 50 capsules per container. The daily serving of one capsule provides 80 mg of hydrolysed fish collagen type I and III, 60 mg of bamboo extract standardised to min. 70% silica (providing 42 mg silica), 50 mg of zinc picolinate (providing 10 mg zinc, 100% NRV), 50 mg of MSM, 40 mg of vitamin C (50% NRV), and 40 mg of saw palmetto fruit extract standardised to min. 45% fatty acids (providing 18 mg fatty acids).

The ingredient declaration also lists common horsetail herb extract standardised to min. 7% silica, common nettle leaf extract 20:1, soy seed extract standardised to min. 30% vitamin E, and pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6). Chicory root inulin is included as a bulking agent. The capsule shell is made from plant cellulose.
