Vitaking CalMag Citrate +Vitamin D3 is supplied in softgel form, with 90 softgel capsules per pack. A daily serving of 3 softgel capsules provides 150 mg of calcium, 75 mg of magnesium and 1200 IU (30 µg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

The ingredients are soybean oil, gelatin capsule shell, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, glycerin, soya lecithin, beeswax, purified water, yellow iron oxide and cholecalciferol. The label lists soybean oil, soya lecithin and beeswax as allergens. The product is stated as gluten free and lactose free.
