Ostrovit Vitamin D3 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a single convenient tablet. Each serving delivers 2000 IU (50 µg) of Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol — the same form naturally synthesised by the body — alongside 100 µg of Vitamin K2 as the highly bioavailable MK-7 form, derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.
